Version 2026-10-06. PricePick is operated by prasad (“we”), the data fiduciary for the personal data described here, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect and why

We do not collect your name, phone number, address or payment details, and we never see what you buy — the store does. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Service providers that process it for us: our hosting provider, our email provider (for email alerts) and Telegram (for Telegram alerts).
Cookies
Necessary: pw_consent (remembers your cookie choice) and pw_src (the campaign label of the link you arrived from, e.g. “instagram” — not personal data). Optional, only if you accept: pw_sid, a random ID that links your store clicks for 30 days.
Messages you send through the contact form (your name, email and message) are used only to reply to you and are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
- Withdraw consent any time: the unsubscribe link in any email,
/stopin Telegram, or the manage link in any alert. It's as easy as giving consent. - Access, correction and erasure: Your data lets you see, download and delete everything; in Telegram use
/mydataand/delete. - Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you, by writing to the grievance officer.
- Complain to our grievance officer: prasad, info@pricepick.in. We respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Alerts are for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from children; if you think a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security and breaches
Data is stored on servers with encrypted connections, access is restricted to the operator, and IP addresses are never stored in readable form. If a breach affects your data, we'll tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Changes
If we change what we collect or why, we'll update this notice and its version, and ask for consent again where needed.
